As a senior member of the company's leadership team with a seat at the table, this role is ideal for a qualified nursing leader seeking a role that is both strategic and tactical. This position requires working based from our client's corporate office in Syracuse, NY, with some flexibility to work from home up to 1 day per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing, coordinating, and scheduling nursing teams to ensure excellent care for patients
- Identifying, designing, and implementing best nursing practices and procedures
- Hiring and retaining nursing talent
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with leaders in other departments to ensure positive and effective patient care
Qualification requirements include:
- MSN or equivalent MS level degree in Healthcare
- Current RN state license
- 15 years of experience with rehabilitation nursing including at least 5 years supervisory experience
- CRRN
