As a senior member of the company's leadership team with a seat at the table, this role is ideal for a qualified nursing leader seeking a role that is both strategic and tactical. Our client recognizes the critical nature of this role to their organization, pays competitively, and offers incentive bonuses tied to overall organization patient service and financial performance. This position requires working based from our client's corporate office in Syracuse, NY, with some flexibility to work from home up to 1 day per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing, coordinating, and scheduling nursing teams to ensure excellent care for patients
- Identifying, designing, and implementing best nursing practices and procedures
- Hiring and retaining nursing talent
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with leaders in other departments to ensure positive and effective patient care
Qualification requirements include:
- MSN or equivalent MS level degree in Healthcare
- Current RN state license
- 15 years of experience with rehabilitation nursing including at least 5 years supervisory experience
- CRRN
