What You’ll Do:
- As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop go-to-market plans for the portfolio of Planet products.
- As a data-centric leader, you will utilize advanced techniques such as AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and omnichannel strategies, combined with A/B testing and retargeting, to achieve impactful, measurable marketing outcomes.
- Develop deep customer insights, product expertise, and competitive intelligence to inform a segmentation strategy, develop winning product positioning, and influence the product roadmap to deliver on the biggest customer needs.
- Drive marketing strategies and initiatives, with a primary focus on utilizing data to optimize performance, improve customer segmentation and retention, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Own the business outcomes and communicate regular updates to leadership through ongoing forecasting, reporting and root cause analyses.

- Oversee the development and implementation of the company's brand and messaging, including the website, social media, and other marketing materials, with a focus on leveraging data and analytics to drive success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition, with a focus on the use of data and analytics in marketing.
Who You Are:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on technology-related industries.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a data-driven mindset and a comprehensive understanding of advertising campaigns across all platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and technology, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights, with a focus on leveraging data and analytics to create a competitive edge.
