Job description

POSITION TITLE: Chief Human Resources Officer
DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
POSITION SUMMARY
At the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, our team works hard every day to support survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking. We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to bring about substantial change, influencing not just our organization's culture, but also contributing to improving the lives of our clients and ending sexual violence in our city.
Working directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the CHRO leads organization-wide HR department operations, provides strategic guidance to senior leadership on employee relations and communication, and develops, improves, and reinforces talent strategies, structures and processes. This is a terrific opportunity for a HR leader to “roll up your sleeves” and work with an engaged staff and leadership team. If you’re an HR leader looking to enhance organizational culture and be hands-on leader to support our mission-driven staff, you’re in the right place!
