Current Role Split: Tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial statements
Work from home with monthly onsite meetings, in Dallas or Austin TX
Languages: English
Key requirements: Prepare and review federal and state tax return fillings for various entities, researched tax questions for tax planning and potential savings, payroll for multiple clients and handle difficult client situations effectively.
Software Skills required:
- QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks online, QuickBooks Intuit
- Microsoft Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
Technical Skills:
- Tax preparation and review for individuals, LLCs, C-Corps, and S-Corps
- Financial statement preparation including profit and loss account and balance sheet
- Management of entire accounting cycle from gathering information to closing books
- Bank reconciliation with QuickBooks
- Drive tax savings across the company
