SalaryKorzen Health is working with one of the leading provider Multispecialty Groups in the
Nation.
We are looking for an experienced CFO with a healthcare background.
The ideal candidate will have experience to lead the forecasting and financial operations as we grow.
Our Multispecialty Medical Group has been growing year over year. We have expanded
our operation into a multi-state system.
We will offer solid compensation, 40 hour a week, base + bonus.
The new CFO will work closely with our CEO and Senior leadership team.
The group is Privately owned and in great financial standing.
Required skills and qualifications.
· Ten or more years of professional accounting experience
· Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
· Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
· Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes.
· Exemplary history of financial project management
· Mergers and Acquisition experience.
· Background in Provider Groups, Hospital or Healthcare is a plus!
Preferred skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field
· Five or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance professional
· Professional certification, such as CPA (certified public accountant) or CA (chartered
accountant) preferred.
* Demonstrate experience in Strategic Finance and/or FP&A
* Knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
* Knowledge of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
The Position has a base salary + Bonus Plan + Full-Benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
