Chief Financial Officer (Cfo)

Real estate investment firm based in Miami has an opening for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for financial reporting, growing the accounting and finance team, developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, and assisting the executive management team with company-wide leadership.
Requirements:

• Active CPA license
• National CPA Firm Audit background
• At least 5 years as a Controller or CFO
• Strong business acumen and highly effective communication and negotiation skills
