About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Financial Officer to provide critical support for the strategic growth of the company. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
This position can be located in Slate's New York or D.C. offices. We will consider remote work for the right candidate.
The annual base pay for this position is $200,000-$250,000, and is eligible to earn variable compensation, which may include annual bonuses and long-term incentives. Final base salary will be determined by numerous factors, including relevant skills and experience.
