We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead our organization into the next phase of growth.
As the CEO of Natural Plant Products LLC, you will be the driving force behind our strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial success. You will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, senior leadership team, and other partners to achieve our mission of providing premium plant-based oils to consumers worldwide.
This position reports to the Board of Directors.
What you will be doing:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with our mission and values.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Foster innovation and sustainable practices within the plant oil industry.
2. Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Optimize production processes, supply chain, and distribution networks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions.
3. Financial Management
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Evaluate capital investment and risk management strategies.
4. Partner Relations
- Act as the face of Natural Plant Products LLC, representing us to partners, cooperative members, investors, and the public.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and government agencies.
- Build strong relationships with employees, fostering a positive work culture.
5. Visionary Leadership
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Uphold our commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and social responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a CEO, COO, or senior executive.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements.
- Passport required; this position requires occasional international business travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in a related industry (agriculture, personal care, oil production, etc.)
