Job Description
We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer with experience in sales, finance, and operations to work in a high-performing Senior Living facility with a positive culture. Only candidates with Senior Living experience will be short listed.
Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer:
· Communicate the vision, mission, and values of the management company to support the brand
· Lead and oversee the development of all operating policies and procedures
· Establish and maintain a robust finance and accounting system
· Provide mentorship and leadership to the CFO, COO, and CAO
Requirements for the Chief Executive Officer:
· Possess 7-10 years of recent CEO experience, demonstrating success in leading a senior living organization and expanding a portfolio of communities across multiple states
· Prior experience leading and growing a successful, for-profit (no 501C)
· Ability to establish clear accountability for team members and organizational performance
· Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to motivate and inspire greatness in a team
· Must reside in the Dallas area or be willing to relocate. Not hybrid
