- Implement and optimize processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the executive team.
- Drive financial performance through effective cost management and revenue generation.
- Monitor key financial metrics and make data-driven decisions to ensure financial health.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, suppliers, industry experts, banks, CPA?s, outside consultants and other financial partners.
- Act as the face of the company, representing RFG Logistics at industry events.
- Team Leadership:
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes collaboration and accountability.
- Provide inspirational leadership to the executive team and employees, aligning them with the company's vision and values.
- Regulatory Compliance:
