SalaryOur client seeks a Chief Executive Officer / CEO to provide leadership for all aspects of operations.
As a Chief Executive Officer, you will earn up to $225,000 per year, based on your experience. This is a full-time, direct hire position where you will work daytime hours Monday-Friday in a hybrid setting (must be local). Plus enjoy an excellent benefits package!
Some of your responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer / CEO include:
- Overseeing operations of all divisions
- Leading and managing the company toward primary goals and objectives
- Leading and managing a team of executives to consider major decisions
- Overseeing employment decisions
- Presenting reports to the Board of Directors
- Promoting communication and cooperation among divisions
- Making major decisions affecting the organization
- Implementing short-term objectives
- Implementing long-range goals
- Implementing plans and policies
- Overseeing financial structure
- Ensuring adequate and sound funding
- Reviewing financial and operational results of all operations
- Comparing financial results with company objectives
- Taking measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results
- Ensuring company compliance
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify for the Chief Executive Officer / CEO position, you must have a
Bachelor’s Degree as well as:
- 5+ years of experience
- Financial Services Industry experience
- Advanced degree in business, finance, or law preferred
- Excellent financial skills
- Excellent managerial skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to bring people together
- Extensive leadership experience (CEO experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- In-depth understanding of financial, technical, and economic concepts
- Familiarity with regional regulatory compliance
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
