Provides high-level administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer, and supervises Senior Executive Assistants. Professionally composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications of a highly confidential nature.
Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Receives, screens, and routes visitors and telephone calls. Responds to, escalates, and follows up on inquiries and problems as appropriate.
Provides supportive services to the Board of Directors liaison in fulfilling the responsibilities of their office. Processes and maintains confidential information. Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s).
Maintains files and office equipment. Orders and stocks supplies as needed.Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree (Preferred)
