What’s the schedule?
The schedule is 15 on / 15 off.
What’s the base?
This position is Teterboro, NJ based. Housing is included.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage group of around 20 Cabin Attendants
- Set up any/all training for CA’s
- Make sure all aircraft are clean and fully stocked
- Make sure all stock rooms are full and organized
- Maintain performance reviews for all CA’s
- Demonstrate safety in every aspect of CA duties
- Ensure all CA’s are following the proper guidelines and policies
- Coordinate with crew logistics regarding CA scheduling
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Part 135 corporate flight attendant experience
- Have a current US Passport and the ability to travel unrestricted in and out of the United States and Canada prior to starting the training process
- Have a valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills and hospitality orientation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
