Responsibilities Include:
- Load raw materials into vessels using pumps.
- Monitor and control reaction conditions using electronic PLC systems.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to test and adjust batches during the manufacturing process.
- Package finished goods into containers of varying sizes, from 1-liter to 55-gallon drums.
- Operate a forklift to organize pallets of raw materials for upcoming batches.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain industrial housekeeping standards and adhere to proper personal protective equipment usage to ensure a safe work environment.
- Adhere to written operating procedures and maintain meticulous record-keeping of information.
- Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment as a top priority.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be willing to undergo a drug test as a condition of employment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating pumps and electronic PLC systems.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
