Qualifications:
- Two or more years of proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment with at least six months of handling hazardous materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless commitment to safety.
- Proficiency in following standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to excel in a team environment.
- High School diploma.
Compliance with Regulations:
- Leverage your knowledge of handling hazardous materials to meticulously adhere to state and federal regulations (FDA, EPA, OSHA, DEA).
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of all company and site policies and procedures, consistently aligning with the company's values and Credo.
- Apply your experience to meticulously and accurately complete batch records/logs, SAP transactions, and other critical documentation associated with production processes.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with cGMP and standard operating procedures.
- Safely and expertly transport materials of varying weights using material handling equipment and provide guidance and support to others as necessary.
- Champion safety guidelines and protocols, setting the standard for responsible material handling practices.
- Leverage your operational prowess to independently manage dryers, centrifuges, mills, reactors, water systems, DCS, and PLC control systems.
- Respond swiftly and decisively to alarms and interlocks, maintaining the integrity of our processes.
- Use your experience to complete process sampling requirements in accordance with established schedules and techniques, contributing to our quality control efforts.
- Continue to prioritize safety, environmental stewardship, and quality excellence in every aspect of your role.
- Serve as a safety role model, consistently using proper personal protective equipment.
- Exhibit leadership in recognizing, reporting, and addressing workplace hazards.
- Uphold rigorous housekeeping standards.
- Apply your expertise to label and store chemicals, aligning with safety guidelines correctly.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and site leadership, sharing your wealth of experience.
