What We Are Looking For
3D Systems, a leading global provider of 3D printing solutions is seeking an individual trained in processing batches of 3D Printer materials.
What You Will Need
Sets up and processes batches of materials in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Reads and interprets batch sheets and process instructions to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.
Relies on standard work instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Filling / Packaging / Repackaging products
Clean up equipment per procedures.
Ensure that equipment and tools are in calibration before production use.
Troubleshoot process equipment problems to determine actual faults.
Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortage during production.
Report to supervisor(s) regularly, keeping them updated on production activities and progress.
Education and Training
High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Able to work 2nd / split shift hours.
Understands common concepts practices, and procedures of batch process operations.
Ability to handle heavy equipment.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
Ability to multitask.
Can drive a forklift.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of mechanical and mixing devices.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
