Custom Processing Services provides contract manufacturing/toll processing services to a wide variety of industries. Specialized processes center on particle size reduction using a number of methods including jaw crushing, pulverizing, micronizing and media milling. Additional services such as flash drying, surface treatments, blending, dispersing, and packaging are also available. The Processing Pros provide new product development assistance from R&D concepts through their commercialization. In addition to CPS's technical grade facilities, a state-of-the-art, dedicated building is available for cGMP processing.

- Weekday Day (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other Monday; 6:45 am - 7:15 pm
- Weekday Nights (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other Monday; 6:45 pm - 7:15 am)
- Weekend Days (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and every other Monday; 6:45 am - 7:15 pm) $1.50 per hour shift differential
- Weekend Nights (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and every other Monday; 6:45 pm - 7:15 am) $2.00 per hour shift differential
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound raw feed and prepare for processing
- Stage and sample material, maintaining high-level traceability and lot integrity
- Operate advanced chemical processing equipment safely and within controlled process parameters
- Take samples of the product and manage quality tests, recording results
- Operate mobile equipment such as pallet jacks and fork trucks
- Maintain clean equipment and a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine general upkeep on equipment
- High frequency of batch ticket and documentation completion
- Other tasks as needed to support the team’s success
Qualifications
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Stand, stretch, kneel, crouch, sit
- Understanding of basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, fractions, percentages, decimals, conversions, etc.
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to wear a respirator throughout your shift
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
