Our Company is looking for a Line Cook to help prepare food items, and clean the kitchen. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a environment that is high volume/paced and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively - though experience is not required it is definitely a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to recipes and specifications.
- Prepare food in a timely manner.
- Monitor operations and make adjustments, as needed.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise.
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness.
- Follow sanitation procedures.
- Do side and prep work as directed by the chef or sous chef.
- Be able to control portion sizes based on customer orders.
- Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
