**Responsibilities:**
1. **Menu Development:**
- Create diverse, nutritionally balanced, and appealing menus that cater to the specific dietary needs and preferences of clients undergoing detoxification.
- Collaborate with nutritionists and healthcare professionals to ensure that menus align with individualized treatment plans.
2. **Culinary Execution:**
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all meals, adhering to high standards of quality and consistency.
- Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients in all culinary preparations.
3. **Kitchen Management:**
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and support to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to maintain budgetary guidelines.
4. **Health and Safety Compliance:**
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
5. **Client Interaction:**
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address individual dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Conduct occasional culinary workshops or presentations to educate clients on healthy eating habits.
6. **Event Planning and Special Occasions:**
- Coordinate and execute special culinary events or themed meals to enhance the overall experience for clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and special diets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
