SalaryCome join our team in the exciting tech industry. We manufacture and distribute WiFi and IoT products. This position is for an on site chat technician with training provided. You will assist customers via chat app with sales and support questions. Some phone call support may happen.
Some background in computers will be helpful. Tasks that need completing when chat support is not busy including updating firmware on products and researching to help ticketed customers get solutions to firmware and technical-related problems.
Employee will work out of our Gainesville, FL office. Office hours are 9AM to 5PM. We have a part time or full time position available. Benefits for full time position can be discussed after completion of 60-day probationary period.
