What is this role?
As an onsite Customer Service Specialistfor Cirkul, you will be the first point of contact with customers and will engage with them via phone, email, and chat answering questions about Cirkul products and representing our mission, values and voice.
Shift:
1st shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
2nd shift: Four week rotation:
Monday - Friday, 1:00PM - 10:00PM
Monday, Thursday, Friday, 1:00PM - 10:00PM & Saturday - Sunday, 10:00AM-7:00PM
What background should you have?
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer driven environment
- Comfortable working across multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong typing and computer skills
