Summary:
Responsible for distribution of room availability, rates, and inventory for all properties and ensuring rate parity across all channels. Assist with implementation of revenue management yielding strategies and revenue management reporting. Monitor and distribute accurate property content to meet each property's brand standard.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Setup and maintain rate plans for all distribution channels
- Responsible for setup and maintenance of room availability, rates, and inventory on property management system, OTAs, channel manager, online booking engine, and other internal and external distribution channels
- Provide competitive analyses, proactively look for yielding opportunities, and provide management with insights
- Monitor distribution channels for rate parity, compile and report findings daily; reach out to vendors to correct rate distribution issues
- Responsible for updating and maintaining online content, ensuring distribution partners and affiliates are displaying correct and up-to-date content for all of our brands
- Communicate and resolve SEM result negatively impacting our brands with vendors
- Build and maintain revenue management reports
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned by management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards

Qualifications
- 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Efficient use of computers, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, OTA websites, extranets, and social media sites
- Strong attention to detail and high level of analytical skills
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Business Management preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
