Job Description
A global financial services company is seeking a Change Management Professional for their office in Plano, TX.
Merchant Service or Treasury Services/Payments migrations Experience is preferred.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Think critically about client and client coverage impacting changes to ensure coordination across functional partners and seamless delivery of readiness strategies to internal and external audiences
- Provide strategic, consultative guidance to define readiness requirements, obtain stakeholder and other functional partner sign-off on readiness approaches, plan migration activities, and create communications and collateral to support field teams
- Partner with leadership across Payments to organize and assess the impact of change to clients and field teams
- Provide regular status updates and reporting metrics for project readiness; escalate risks and issues quickly and closely monitor until there is a resolution
- Lead cross line of business collaboration to ensure streamlined communications and minimize disruption to the client experience
- Coordinate across team and with our Client Impact Dashboard development team to streamline the data collection process and ensure dashboard data requirements are met
- Support governance approach with key stakeholders

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in payments, technology, e-commerce or financial services. Merchant Service or Treasury Services/Payments migrations experience preferred
- Track record of working with client migrations, merger integrations or product integrations, with specific experience with migration data, reporting and visualization
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communications skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
