Summary:

The Change Management Lead acts as a steward of LSPI’s Change Management program, leveraging cultivated relationships to drive organization-wide collaboration on and participation in effective Change Management activities. Role is not limited to the above listed responsibilities and may include other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Build trust and gain credibility to influence organization-wide collaboration on and participation in Change Management activities and plans to achieve optimal value delivered for LSPI’s programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and publish plans across all impacted stakeholder groups for a variety of projects and programs, including integrating Change Management plans with project plans.
• Analyze data and trends and report to leadership on Change Management activities, including creating visuals and other resources as needed.
• Create optimized content to execute Change Management plans.
• Provide leadership and take ownership of successfully communicating and ensuring understanding and acceptance of Change Management contributor roles and responsibilities.
• Use facilitation and negotiation skills to achieve successful stakeholder engagement and change adoption outcomes.
• Conduct status meetings with stakeholders and business units to review and update project and Change Management plans.
• Plan, compose, verify, edit, and distribute appropriate informational materials, presentations, articles, bulletins, presentations, newsletters, brochures, graphic and photographic illustrations, web content, and other collateral concerning the Associations' programs and activities.
• Conduct stakeholder training for Change Management initiatives.
• Mentor change champions on Change Management initiatives.
• Work with the Project Management and Continuous Improvement Leads to guide the Center of Excellence
• Stay abreast of current and emerging Change Management trends, analyze their applicability to Association work, and report and/or recommend to leadership as appropriate.
• Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years’ relevant experience.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Experience in communications or public relations within a professional setting
• Prosci Certified (OCM)
• Experience in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, or CAPM certification a plus)
