SalarySOFT's client, located in Waltham, MA is looking for a Project Manager/Analyst for a long term contract assignment.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerPoint and have a consulting background and experience creating and telling compelling stories with PowerPoint to all levels of an organization.
This is a hybrid position.Responsibilities:
He/she will help drive internal cross functional teams to meet project/program deliverables via cadence of weekly tasks and reviews.
Help solicit and maintain status of program initiatives in single source of truth system.
Will help develop and maintain RAID logs, milestones, confidence level, action items and clear accounting of latest status and financials with high level of accuracy.
Assist in Change Management, impact assessment and mitigation strategy.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Monitor project milestones schedule to ensure initiatives remain on track.
Proactively engage in both quality assurance and risk management activities to ensure project deliverables are met according to IT and client requirements.
Assist in executive level reporting on program for consumption by Finance and other stakeholders. Take part in various conversations with Finance and other stakeholders in structuring the reporting as needed.
Bring together various stakeholders & department leaders by organizing workshops, capturing ideas and create/run concreate initiatives
Required skills:Project Management, Program reporting, Ability to build data driven reporting
Years of experience: 7-10 years
Must Haves: Technology Project Management in matrix environment, Excellent Data/Excel skills, Change Management, Senior leadership reporting skills, excellent organization and relationship building skills; past IT
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
