1st Shift: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 4:30pm
Hybrid, 2-3 days/week onsite or as needed

What you will do:
As a Change Control Technician within the Operations Engineering team you will provide administrative and technical support for base business and project activities.
- Responsible for managing Change Control requests for the Operations Engineering team and answer any Change Control related questions
- Develop change structure strategies to streamline Change Control process and enable project timelines
- Performs technical evaluations of events to determine root cause; recommends corrective action
- Execute change tasks and deliverables in the Windchill/OnePLM system
- Ensure change tasks have appropriate approvers and deliverables completed based off of procedural requirements
- Participate in the development and improvement of the manufacturing process for existing and new products
- Review & approve inspection plans, routers and product drawings
- Support with execution closure of non-conformance and corrective and action preventative actions
- Supporting projects, executing documentation process for new manufacturing lines and upgrades to existing lines
What you need:
- Five (5) years relevant experience, Required – OR –
- Bachelor's degree Required
- Concentration in Finance, Data Analytics or IT, Preferred
- Preferred Experience:
- Working within a regulated industry
- SAP/Oracle
- Quality Assurance
- You will need to live within commuting distance to our Mahwah, NJ office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days per week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
