POSITION: Supplier Management and Operations Analyst

LOCATION: Client Site, Titusville NJ (Hybrid, Onsite and Work From Home)
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate will range from $39.00 to $43.00 per hour (W2/Hourly) based on experience and education. This will annualize to an estimated compensation from $78,000 to $86,000 based on 40 hour work weeks and 50 of 52 working weeks per year. OT is payable at 1.5X base rate and will add to the overall compensation based on actual hours worked.

The Supplier Management and Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting operational excellence and compliance in the execution of patient support programs (PSPs). You will be an individual contributor and support patient engagement programs and our supplier partners with contract administration, budget, invoice reconciliation and system input for compliance items. You will report to the Associate Director, Supplier Management and Operations and must maintain strong relationships across the business leads, and across key functional partners (legal, compliance, privacy, offer development, contracting, finance, access marketing).
Invoice Reconciliation and Supplier Performance
o Partner with program owners on supplier performance as it relates to invoice approval (e.g., KPI, non-conformance, penalties)
o Perform review of invoices and associated performance metrics and manage issues related to invoice accuracy
o Work with program owner on final invoice approval, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and payment to suppliers.
Contract Pricing Committee (CPC)
o Lead CPC governance preparation, documentation and review with program owners and appropriate subject matter experts (SME) relevant to CPC proposals.
o Partner with other SMEs across the Enterprise to ensure appropriate review, alignment, and guidance have been obtained.
o Work closely with Internal business partners and external stakeholders to deliver and execute targeted solutions that address mutual strategic priorities and brings value to all parties.
Data Analysis
o Analyzes data and provides key insights to drive strategic decision-making.
o Reports metrics on internal processes.
Issue Management and PSP Review Meeting
o Facilitates Issue Management and PSP Review meeting.
o Manages the meeting agenda and works with program owners to resolve any actions following the meeting.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
• Cross-functional partnership: Works with Program Owners, HCC, Privacy, Law Department, Finance, Pharmacovigilance, Commercial Excellence, Safety Services, CSC, Procurement, Brand Teams and vendors to help drive supplier contract management process
• Demonstrates conviction, proactivity and persistence when influencing others and overcoming resistance
• Deliver and create clear and concise communications and presentations using approaches that highlight the most pertinent information for key business partners and stakeholders and spur appropriate and timely execution
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Minimum of 4+ years business related experience required
• Strong Excel skills; capturing and recording important data, building charts/graphs, pivot tables
• Project management skills, with ability to manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously
• Must be able to work with ambiguity while establishing structure and process standards
• Demonstration of Credo mindset required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
