Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Manager, CEX in projects related to monitoring and making improvements to the customer experience with the portfolio of Care business units. The responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of various Member Experience initiatives
• Monitor project progress
• Assist with Pre and Post analysis of project success metrics
• Establish testing scripts and execute UAT and post-release testing
• Reports project progress to management.
• Gather and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement for:
• Product and process improvements
• Content Updates and Enhancements
• Develop a strong understanding of Care's products and services
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring that member interactions align with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless member experience

Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
