```Responsibilities:```
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide counseling and support services to students dealing with emotional or behavioral issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior management strategies
- Conduct research to stay current with best practices in the field of school psychology
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

```Requirements:```
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Knowledge of working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Strong skills in patient assessment and mental health counseling
- Post-residency experience in a school setting preferred
