Job Summary:
We are seeking meticulous and friendly full time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) to work in conjunction with lead anesthesiologists, physicians, and staff to support the delivery of patient care second to none! The CRNA will play a crucial role in the perioperative care of patients by administering anesthesia and monitoring their vital signs during their chronic pain management injections. The ideal candidate should be experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to providing safe and effective anesthesia services.
Duties:
- Administering sedation for procedures related to chronic pain management
- Conducting thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate sedation levels
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized sedation plans
- Monitoring patients closely during sedation to ensure safety and comfort
- Managing sedation medications and adjusting dosages as needed for optimal effect
- Providing pre- and post-sedation care, including patient education and recovery monitoring
- Documenting sedation procedures, patient responses, and outcomes in medical records
- Ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in healthcare practice
- Staying up-to-date with advances in sedation techniques and safety protocols
- Participating in interdisciplinary discussions and team meetings related to pain management sedation

Qualifications:
- Current CRNA certification and licensure.
- Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in administering various types of anesthesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Dedication to patient safety and high ethical standards.
- Current CPR and ACLS certification.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and professional development.
- This job is Monday-Friday; 8-hour days
- Salary: $240,000/year
