Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Perform preoperative assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans based on individual patient needs
- Administer anesthesia during surgical procedures, monitoring patients' vital signs and adjusting anesthesia levels as necessary
- Monitor patients post-operatively to ensure a smooth recovery from anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to anesthesia care
- Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards, including HIPAA regulations
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Experience in diagnostic evaluation and patient care
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in medical documentation systems such as eClinicalWorks
- Ability to administer medications safely and accurately
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient privacy
