Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant that has experience with Business Process Outsourcing to join our team. As a CPA and a Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing our Sales Department, runing initiatives and plans for Tax strategies for our clients in the US and Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business developement, Taxes, Accounting, Management and Consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct cash flow analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Review and Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and tax filings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax and accounting services
- Provide guidance on financial and tax concepts and best practices to management and staff
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax and accounting regulations and ensure compliance
- Manage the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices and Tax Strategies
- Proficiency in softwares like QuickBooks, Sales Force and CCH.
- Familiarity with Puerto Rico Tax and Act 60
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
