This position is a Full time position with caseload ready
COTA responsibilities will include:
- Assisting occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients, under the direction and supervision of the therapist.
- Implement treatment plans developed by the occupational therapist to help patients improve their functional abilities.
- Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to patients to improve their strength, coordination, and mobility.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and techniques.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting findings to the occupational therapist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay current with developments in the field of Occupational Therapy and participate in professional development activities.
COTA must be willing to work as hybrid (outpatient clinics and select nearby ABA clinics). Compensation will be adjusted accordingly for any travel within a reasonable distance.
This Position Requires:
- A current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA
- 6 months - 1 year experience working with Pediatric population preferred
- Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
- Desire to work within a team environment
- Good communication skills to communicate with parents/caregivers

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
