Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients

• Provide hands-on therapy to patients to improve their motor skills, balance, coordination, and range of motion

• Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive technology to improve their independence

• Document patient progress and communicate with the Occupational Therapist regarding treatment plans and patient goals

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

• Experience working with patients in a healthcare setting
