Contract - 13 Weeks (With Possible extension)
Guaranteed Hours - 35hr
Pay rate - $46/hr. to $47/hr. on 1099 Tax Term
Shift – 8am – 4:30Pm
Experience - 1yr+
Location - Morgan Hill, CA
Start - ASAP

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to patients of all ages. Your role will be crucial in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

```Duties```
- Assist in the implementation of Occupational Therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions and exercises to patients
- Help patients develop or regain daily living skills
- Assist with the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercises

```Requirements```
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and practices
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and interpretation
- Ability to work in acute care settings and handle complex cases
