As a Caregiver for our Onalaska community, you are a key member of an amazing team, enhancing the lives of our residents.

By providing consistent and quality care, our caregiving team ensures our residents live meaningful life. Onalaska Brookdale has a 19 bed Assisted Living Community.

We are looking for a caregiver that is a team player, good communication skills, dependable, and enjoys working with the elderly population.

Training will be provided to do all essential job functions; cares, med passing etc.
Early Access to Paycheck with Earned Wage Access is available for Hourly Associates (outside of CA)
Full-Time Medication Passer
Second shift-2:00PM-10:00PM
Part-Time Medication Passer
First Shift- 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Second shift -2:00PM-10:00PM

• Differential pay evening and weekend

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant -
  CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State
  CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
