Established LTC facility currently has a Full-Time (FT) need for an experienced, professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Madison, to provide patient care to all Geriatric patients- responsible for delivering the highest-quality care within your role.
Start Date: 10/9
EVE Shift (3p - 11p) | 32 hours per week, guaranteed
Weekend Rotation: Every-other
Payrange: $19.53/hr - $20.78/hr | Payrange is granted Based on Experience - so, the more you have, the better!
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 1+ years of LTC care as a CNA (recent), and PCC
- NC or Compact License
- Certificates Required: BLS
Responsibilities:
- Care for aging patients based on the needs provided
- Provide basic patient care & treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses and Doctors to administer proper care
- Educate all patients on medical treatments and Patient Progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in LTC
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current certifications/license
- Current BLS
