Qualifications:
Required:
- Valid CNA or STNA certification
- Current basic life support training
- Ability to build effective relationships with diverse individuals
- Solid computer skills
- Physical capability for standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Preferred:
- Prior experience in healthcare or a religious organization
- Understanding and appreciation of the traditions and culture associated with the Sisters of Mercy
- Familiarity with Catholic Church structures and teachings
