Our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing staff provides 24-hour care, seven days a week. From helping our residents prepare for their day to assisting them to participate in exciting activities, you will play a huge role in their day. Through this day-to-day contact with our residents, you will have the ability to positively impact their quality of life by providing the best possible care.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Permanent, part-time employment (8 hours/day; 20 hours/week)
- Work hours are 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM), with rotating days and weekends or 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM), with rotating days and weekends.
- Working every other weekend is required.
- Lunch Period: 30-minutes
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or
- Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.
Special Requirement:
- These positions are assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and require active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.
Additional Requirement:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualification (not required):
- Willingness to work part-time, 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM), with rotating days and weekends.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
