Brickmont Assisted Living is looking for a responsible, dutiful and motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Medication Aide for a 6:2:30 am and a 2-10:30pm shift. The role requires assisting our resident's with administration of medications, supporting the caregivers and the Resident Care Director as needed to provide a supportive and caring environment. The Certified Medication Aide completes an assortment of daily tasks, including but not limited to, assisting with care for residents, maintaining a clean and accurate med cart at all times while key holder, ordering needed medications timely and communicating any needs or concerns to the direct supervisor immediately. This role requires exceptional organization and communication skills. Ideal candidates will value performance over seniority, have a positive attitude and be willing to work hard whenever necessary.
