- Deliver exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, providing education, and ensuring patient comfort
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical administrative support procedures and practices
- Strong knowledge in Medical Assisting support
- Organizational and Multitasking
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- Experience working in a fast paced medical office is preferred
- Ability to perform daily work duties in a timely manner
- Proficient in taking accurate vital signs measurements
