We are seeking the following:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate CNA or DSP driven to provide "Best in Care" to ourpatients. An ideal candidate will be driven, capable of working collaboratively and independently, andmaintaininga high standard of care and quality of life for ourresidents. TheManaging Team coaches and educates caregivers on different approaches to caring for thosewithcognitive issuesand who cannotperform ADLs independently.An environment with a very hands-on approach from management.Both properties are managed by our Owner, Director, and Nurse Leadership.

Qualifications:

• The applicant must be eligible for the Health Registry
• Two years of Recent Experience in a facility or hospital setting with a verifiable work history
• Creates and maintains meaningful relationships with residents and their families; provides support with compassion and professionalism
• Vaccinations including Covid
• Maintain good personal hygiene and maintain a neat professional appearance
• A reliable means of transportation to and from work
• Ability to work with small pets in the home
• Assists residents during mealtimes and preparesa mealfamily style to create a social experience forthem. This is donewhile being assisted as needed.
• A TEAM spirit and the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management are requirements at Springfield Homes.Our goal is to reach one common goal together!Being considerate of one another's contributions and showing grace when necessary.

We will accept CNAs, Patient Techs, DSPs, and caregivers with demonstrated work experience enrolled in CNA programs.

There is a commensurate pay scale based on experience and certification.The starting pay range is $18.25 to $22.00 per hour with 3 increases within the first 90 days of being hired after meeting set goals.We alsooffer profit-sharing bonusesto employees whoachieve quarterlygoals!

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.25 - $22.00/hour.
