Job description

This position is for our Outpatient, Methadone program located in Asheville, NC. We are a truly person centered methadone maintenance therapy (MMT) provider. We are small team of dedicated individuals that work very closely to ensure the best treatment outcomes are achieved for our clients! We collaborate routinely with our team, clients, and external providers on patient care. Our new employee onboarding and training process is comprehensive to offer a seamlessnew hire process. Our clinical and medical team provide an integrated approach to treatment planning.
October Road is dedicated to providing full access to those who need our outpatient addiction treatment services, as well as making sure that each person's needs are met based on evidence-based treatment methods, comprehensive service planning, and tracking outcome measures. We work and contract with a variety of local and state agencies who conduct compliance and outcome studies for our clinical services. These studies help us continuously improve so that we can provide the most effective and successful services to our clients.

We are fully accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and, consequently, maintain the highest standards of practice and care.
Programs Tailored to our clients: The staff at October Road strives to ensure that each and every person that comes in gets a program that is specifically tailored to their needs and experiences.
Small Facility: Don't be just a number at a big facility that you can get lost in, give clients the opportunity to be cared for at a small facility from staff that knows who they are.Highly Trained Staff: When clients come to October Road they are getting help from industry experts that are highly trained and have the experience it takes to support them.
Licensed Therapist:
  • Primary role of providing individual therapy within October Road's Outpatient Service Line.
  • Document and maintain client files that meet regulatory standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate time sheets for services rendered to the designated agency representative when needed.
  • Consultant will only provide clinical services to October Road, Inc. clients at designated locations and will not self-refer clients of October Road, Inc. to another clinical practice.
  • Acknowledge that in receiving, storing, processing or otherwise dealing with any information about consumer of October Road Inc., is fully bound by guidelines of the federal regulations governing confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug abuse patient records (42 C.F.R. Part 2), and by federal statutes of the Health Care Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), regarding disclosure and use of personal health information (PHI)

Ability to use Electronic Medical Record
Active North Carolina master-level licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LCAS) in social work, counseling, addiction, etc. Associate-level licensure is allowed as well. CADC is acceptable Licensure as well!
