Pool Employee
This is a Pool Employee position that is part-time, non-exempt (FLSA), hourly, without benefits, and union membership is required.
Pool employees must work a no more than 30 hours per week (or 130 hours per month).
Salary Hiring Range:
- The hourly rate is $29.00.
- Hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Friday
- There is a 3-week training required (in your first month)
- Union dues: 1.44% of your pay

Career Summary:
The Certification Associate is primarily responsible for processing supporting documents submitted by certification applicants, matching documents to application files, and providing general support for the application review process.
Education/Related Work Experience:
Three (3) years or more of experience in an office environment or closely related work in a business office setting with confidential documents.
Skills/Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Data entry skills with high level of accuracy
- Microsoft 365
- Databases
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline driven environment
- Experience working in an ISO-certified organization a plus
Work Schedule:
Hybrid: Employees are required to work a minimum of 20% in an ANA office.
