Responsibilities: Part-time position, up to 29 hours per week
- Assist, coordinate the ordering, tracking medical and non-medical supplies for resident care and staff
- Assist with all orders within facility's given budget
- Assist in placing weekly orders and follow up on all outstanding back orders
- Verify all supply locations are neat and organized
- Ensure necessary supplies are available to all nursing shifts staff
- Assist in completing monthly Spend Down sheets for budgeting purposes
- Assist in updating oxygen charge sheets and special bed log sheets
Requirements:
- prior experience (1-2 years or more) in Central Supply in a healthcare preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
