Pay Rate: 18-20/hr
QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and referring physician offices
- Ability to multi-task well under pressure
- Extremely detail-oriented and thorough

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Accurately an efficiently enter information into different portals & systems as needed
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
- Must be bilingual
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year medical office administration experience preferred
- 1+ year medical insurances experience preferred
- Basic computer and software skills
- Passionate about physical therapy
