KORT is Kentucky's largest provider of orthopedics and sports medicine seeking FULL time physical therapist for a center manager position in Madison, IN. We have multiple physical therapists on staff treating a diverse population of teens through geriatrics. Our Madison Indiana Orthopedic location is a dynamic outpatient center offering general orthopedics, fall prevention, IASTM, neuro, spine, concussion, TMJ/TMD, POETs, FCEs and sports medicine rehabilitative services.
An ideal physical therapist has previous management experience but we are willing to train an experienced physical therapist for the management responsibilities. This is a treating manager's position averaging 90% treating our motivated population.

Compensation starting at $75,000 annual base. $4200 in student debt relief annually.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Responsible for supervision of therapy center(s).
- Continue to maintain an active patient caseload in conjunction with management responsibilities.
- Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures.
- Responsible for center financial statements including profit and loss performance.
- Responsible for sales/marketing to existing and potential center referral sources.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state Physical Therapy license required to start
- 2 years of outpatient experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Outpatient Physical Therapy Management Experience
