We are seeking Drivers to deliver various grades of gasoline to local businesses with fleets of vehicles, generators, and other equipment, as well as office parks and marinas for boats. New Drivers earn $25 per hour for the first 90 days and an increase to $26 upon successful completion of 90 days. Drivers also earn a quarterly incentive bonus based on the number of gallons they deliver. Benefits include medical insurance for the Driver and qualified dependents with coverage in effect at 30 days of employment, 401K with a matching contribution up to 4%, paid time off accrual beginning at 90 days, and a uniform reimbursement for Drivers.

The duties and responsibilities of the Driver position include but are not limited to:
- Drive a company-owned commercial vehicle with various grades of gasoline.
- Directly pump gas from tanker to customer vehicle/asset.
- Ensure safety best practices are always followed.
- Maintain regular communication with the logistics team.
- Follows all route guidance.
- Utilizes company technology to accurately manage fuel inventory and customer delivery requirements.
- Complies with all state and local DOT laws and regulations.
- Fills tankers with needed fuel for delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Valid Florida CDL A or B.
- Minimum three years of commercial driving experience.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements in effect for at least one year.
- Preference for candidates who have completed a formal driver training program or attended driver training school.
- No prior major moving violations or significant accidents.
- Pass background checks including Motor Vehicle Report review.
- Clear a pre-employment drug screening.
- No more than three moving violations in the past 36 months.
- Team players who demonstrate flexibility.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Some weekend availability.
- Must be able to get in and out of the truck multiple times per shift.
- Must be able to carry hoses weighing up to 50 pounds for distances up to 100 feet.
- Must be able to climb ladders.
