Position Summary:
This position performs routine work in rigging up and rigging down of equipment assigned to a field job, either cementing, fracturing, acidizing, nitrogen or other, as required. Incumbent has met and satisfied all the competency requirements of the Equipment Operator 1 level. Demonstrates safe work habits and is able to follow instructions and work well as a team.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Performs work in operating and maintaining assigned equipment in a safe manner.
Maintains proper DOT logging to include accurate and current drivers log reporting electronically, drivers logs submitted daily, accurate locations and fuel reporting, and complying with all hours of service regulations.
Performs pre-trip inspections and post trip inspections such as proper fluid level checks and service as needed; proper brake inspections and slack adjustments as needed; proper tire inspections; proper working condition of lights; complete documentation and reporting of any defective equipment; inspecting, reporting and maintaining proper documentation of equipment; daily signing off on post trip report, etc.
Fills out and maintains shipping documents for Hazmat transportation, including proper use of placards and labels and securing loads.
Performs rigging up and operation and maintenance of one or more of the following equipment: floats, stake bed trucks, frac pump, sandstorm, cement pump, bulk equipment, acid transport, N2 transport, servicing of high pressure iron, high pressure lines, safety restraint system, etc.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in the field.

Certifications & Licenses:
Class A CDL license. Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement preferred.

Other Requirements:
Must have satisfactory driver record, with no DWI or DUI convictions within the past five years or currently charged with a DWI or DUI. Must have less than four moving violations within the last three years.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
