Description
Pay is based on experience. $25.00 + an hour. During the winter season, we guarantee a 40 hour work week, every week, with opportunities for overtime depending on weather.

Seabreeze Property Services, a leading property services company, is looking for professional CDL Class A or B Driversto help support our dynamic, growing workplace. The CDL Class A or B Driver role is a non-exempt position. Seabreeze seeks to attract talented candidates who have a "can-do" attitude and are looking to be a long-term part of a growing team. This is a full-time position and a current and valid CDL A or CDL B driver's license, clean driving record, and background investigation and drug test are required prior to employment. Pay is based on experience. Specific duties include:
• Ensuring work gets completed efficiently and at or above customer expectations
• Working as part of a snow removal team and a maintenance or construction crew
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
Work Conditions:
• Applicants must be willing and able to work outdoors, in all elements
• Applicants must be able to tolerate physical effort including the handling of objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Applicants must have proficient experience operating snow equipment and can do so safely
• Able to safely work with a wide variety of equipment
• Ability to operate heavy equipment

Requirements
• Current and valid CDL A or CDL B driver's license and clean driving record
• Located near Topsham, Maine
• Proficiency in operating snow equipment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to operate safely
• Desire to work in a results-oriented environment
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet established deadlines
• Able to communicate effectively
Salary Description
